    • English golden ale with slight nutty undertones with East Kent Goldings. Root ginger added to the boil give this beer a smooth warmth which plays in your mouth against the locally produced honey that the beer was fermented with.

    • A well hopped golden ale.

  • Project Venus 3 – Venus Black 5.0%
    • Intense citrus and pine aroma as you would expect from an American IPA but then add a hint of roastiness from the dark malt which carries through onto the palate with some sweet malt and a bold, yet balanced bitterness. Using a blend of US hops, this is a complex dark ale, smooth, medium bodied with a spicy fresh hop and gentle roasted finish.
